On November 8, 2017, Nubik’s President, Kate Bussières, was recognized by the Réseau des femmes d’affaires du Québec (Quebec Businesswomen’s Network), who awarded her the prize for female entrepreneur of the year 2017 in their “medium-sized business” category.
A year earlier, on September 9, 2016, to be precise, Nubik received the Prix reconnaissance conciliation travail-famille (Work-Life Balance Award) from the Ministère de la Famille du Québec (the Quebec Ministry of Families) and the Regroupement des jeunes chambres de commerce du Québec (RJCCQ) (Quebec Youth in Chambers of Commerce) for its work in supporting the work-life balance of its employees.
As these lines are written, Nubik proudly posts growth figures of at least 45% over the past three years, and rates of staff retention that knock the socks off our competitors.
All this success has been achieved, and continues to forge ahead, in an environment where all of our employees work from home!
